Tracking your order Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update. If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us at [thenestsupply888@gmail.com] and we'll chase it down.
Customs and import duties For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are determined by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility. Most orders under standard thresholds clear without fees.
Wrong address? If you spot an address error, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before dispatch. We can't reroute a package once it's shipped.
Lost or damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos if applicable. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
