Refund policy
The short version: if you're not happy within 30 days, we'll make it right.
30-day returns You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused (a careful inspection is fine — installation or visible wear is not).
How to start a return

- We'll reply within 1 business day with your return authorization and the return address.
- Ship the item back. We recommend a tracked service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within [5–7] business days.
Please don't ship returns without contacting us first — unauthorized returns can't be matched to orders and may delay your refund.
Return shipping costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: we cover return shipping (or simply refund/replace without requiring a return — we'll tell you which).
- Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer.
Exchanges Want a different color or model? The fastest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Non-returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on items that have been installed on a door or plumbed/filled with water, unless defective.
Defective items after 30 days If a product fails within [90 days / 1 year] of delivery under normal use, contact us — we'll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. We stand behind what we sell.
